Despite being green today I think that HLNT will trend downward.
I believe that the Army testing has credibility but it can't last forever and, for all we know, may have ended already.
Lastly, from what has been posted here and what has been filed in the Process case, there seems to be an issue of who and/or what actually has the ownership rights to the technology.
ps I am neither an astute trader nor a lucky one so it ain't me!
