Breezy do you know the definition of authorized shares? I think you do. If you do, you have also the knowledge that there is nothing going on. There is even a very big possibility that those shares will not been brought to the Market but it's meant TO GIVE THE COMPANY MORE FLEXIBILITY FOR THE MOMENT IT'S NEEDED!!! PLEASE TAKE AGAIN NOTICE OF THE STATEMENTS. Gerald has never misinformed us.
I have never read somewhere and I've never heard that Gerald stated that those authorized stocks will been brought to the Market.
He has clearly stated that there is a big chance this is not needed.
He says he believes AMBS will reach the minimum bid price of $2,00 without a R/S. Honestly I also believe AMBS don't need a R/S.
With all the upcoming news I believe we certainly go far over the $1,00. For me this newsletter give me no more information as I already know.
