This is all smoke and mirrors used by BYSD to sell their shares to investors. Do you think they actually own Physical Bitcoin(s)? There has been some speculation that BitcoinzUSA has been mining Bitcoin for years; however, I don't believe it one bit; no pun intended. Official proof would be great if it's out there. As for Vault 51, why would BitcoinzUSA (BYSD) use Copper to produce their coins rather then Silver Bullion or Gold Bullion. Maybe to keep their costs down in production; if, in fact, they are actually producing these Vault Coin(s) themselves...I think they are most likely outsourcing physical Vault Coin production...Nevertheless, there is way to much speculation occurring surrounding BYSD and we can't even get a Quarterly Filing with Sales Figures; let alone Earnings. They only seem to officially report the struggles they are enduring and the fact that DZ Energy LLC seem to own most of their shares...I mean, not even Gordon H. Johnson (Chairman) wants to officially acknowledge his ownership in Bayside Corp. He uses DZ Energy LLC as majority controller of BYSD stock...Seems way to risky to invest at the current PPS (.0012). I may be a buyer at .0006 or below.
