Such action by our stockholder will be effective 20 calendar days after the date this Information Statement is first mailed to our stockholders and after the filing of required amendment to the articles of incorporation with the Colorado Secretary of State's office.
Filing date was August 11 or 12, So 20 days, looks like the last day of August on the weekend so my guest is the first week of September to be effective.
As a shareholder I can make money on HRDN RS, only if we move the share price up let say .05 or .10 cents, shareholders can make a profit and that will also leave the company looking good.
