Those "disappearance of 3 Billion shares given to two companies now missing from the filings: Kelso Office Services and USCoProducts)" aren't really disappeared at all, they are "Series A Preferred" shares in a company that currently doesn't have a ticker, a.k.a, the upcoming "NEW Bud Genius, Inc. (un-named ticker, wagering to be BUDG) or GeniusBioTech. Go check for oneself...
