That would be a desirable outcome -justice to the manipulators like SCOTT and HUNT and GENISI and reduction of liability to the shareholders. Maybe this is where this is going. Recent Press and filings have shown progressive separation . They still hold many
shares and would benefit in the long run -in a buyout; even after taking fines and punishment(no jail time ) The long run would give them tremendous gains. There certainly are many examples of CEO's making tremendous cash gains after balancing their penalties
from their profits. Oh the wonders of our justice system !!!!
