Judges in " no court " simply call it even. The overpayment to the bailout funds ( however much it is ) is an overpayment.

Under normal course of business, overpayments are returned the the over payee in this case FNMA.

This would allow the Company to stay in its current form and no need to raise outside capital.

Take in to consideration there is approximately another $10 - $20 Billion coming our way that we know of to boost capital.
