Crazy as it is, today at the gym on the indoor track, 3 feet from the start / finish line, on the blue lane I see a spider, hauling asssss towards the finish line.

the way my mind works I see a message in all things and today the first thought was were almost there.

Day time pr comes into mind as I watch the spider working towards the line, and I'm going with that thought, wrong or right.

Therefore the word PERDICTION.
