"Additionally, Giact will integrate MyEcheck's electronic check service. This part of the agreement allows Giact to process payments they receive electronically, bypassing the ACH system, saving them time and money. Giact will avoid the costs associated with debit and credit card payments and with slow mail that delay payments."
