Form 4 Codes: How do you know it is a comp plan Capt? I can be taught. I was going by the transaction code P Personal (Open Market) and D Direct which I understood to be both codes of personal acquistion. I've always seen codes of a compensation plan spelled out in the notes of the Form 4. So minus the knowledge of an CPST exec comp plan which seems totally foreign to me, minus the notes, I went with what I knew to be so. BTW he received 3K at $1.14.
