I recently read an article that I think was either by the commission or quoted by the commission and it made a sly offhanded reference to the surprise email attack of the clark county fiasco and mentioned steps were taken to prevent a repeat. Something about only publically verifiable information was to be considered. The overall tone of the article had me feeling all warm and fuzzy and had me thinking the licenses are in the bag.

Do you remember coming across this article within the last few weeks? I check so many different places doing dd that for the life of me I can't remember. It could of been here on ihub or a hundred different places. I'll attempt to locate, time willing.
