For those of you who expect no tumor reduction from the Phase 1 trial, now that K is on the cusp of even higher dosing, look at these 3 charts for K against xenografts of 2 types of lung tumors. Note the blue lines in A and C and the red line in B. Not just tumor delay or arrest, but significant reduction. K showed similar efficacy against pancreatic cancer, a cancer for which there is currently no effective treatment. As I keep saying, multiple cycles has cumulative efficacy. If 215 mg/m2 is deemed safe, some will have 2 or more cycles at 165 with an upcoming cycle at 215. D is K alone against a type of Leukemia.
