So from the George Anderson email, it sounds like contracts cannot nor will not be signed until the patent becomes "pending".

And that will be weeks.

Also, sounds like he is really ticked off in his other email concerning the reality of the EM-100 and of any "rumours." I would think that he would be more diplomatic in his conversations, seeing that he is CEO, unless he is responding to a more "hostile" email, which forces his hand.
