Do you have any Reasoning behind this opinion?
I've traded it well for a 15% gain, 10% gain, and now a 50% gain = ~ $180 for every $invested....I'm up $4300.00.

His warrants holders are in the whole; he didn't rewrite conversion pps though. I would suspect some financing and reassurance near term, but with a more stabilized outlook...rather than a throw in the towel like he did with SNTI.

He's got to bail them out with liquidation or financing preferences...fin caning preference leads to much less leverage in the future.

IMO, sell, he is liquidating assistance in this case as it is simple as 1+2 ; it is better to pump before refinance in this situation of 1+2

I can name more frost failures than success..
