BK: Here's a simple test.
When was the first time NNVC said they would have Tox completed? What year?
How many subsequent dates have they given since then (and you have to go back almost 7 years) for when Tox will be completed?
How many reasons have they given for Tox not actually starting?

At what point does the obvious become the absurd?

It seems there is at least unanimous agreement that TOX will not be completed in '14. Who would have thought it? Remember the claims of no Tox completed in '14 and how ridiculous that seemed? Remember when Q2 Tox and Q4 clinicals was the sure thing?

There is one thing that should be bothersome. If NNVC knew how much material they needed for testing, and NNVC knew how much material they could make in a week, why did they miss their self imposed deadline and why are they unable to give even a rough estimation now?

That is VERY telling.
