stan501 Exactly why the SEC filings are important. The PRs don't mean squat.

Tobin Smith should be a "non-entity" here both because of his prior history with CHTL/VELA and subsequent failure, and his loss of credibility getting FIRED by FOX NEWS. Unfortunately, it is apparent that he continues to have a following.
