Probably only 2.0 - 2.5 billion shares available of the 3 billion AS/OS. Looks like Phoenix is trying to dump more or those momo players stuck with shares from the last run trying to continue this charade to pawn them off on newbie meat.

Do your DD ... this is a "Buyer Beware" dark shell status company. The deception continues, imo.

This is a slot machine though. Insert your cash, get your shares and trade like a SOB. LOL. Just don't get caught with toilet paper when the volume stops!
