Dr. Seymour said 6-9 months and even in December 2013 said Q1 for Tox to begin, Q4 or Q1 2015 for Phase 1 human trials.

Yet...

This talk of >9 months to get the ball rolling here on TOX and into Phase I testing is complete hogwash.

So Dr. Seymour is full of shit again when he himself gave Phase 1 a time frame of 9 months to 12 months to begin after Tox begins?
