Hi Soxfan, I'm sorry you can't let go of something with so much information contradicting your opinion.

Including the retelling of the events from an eyewitness.

I also looked up premeditated murder, and a few seconds doesn't seem to fit the definition. You have to have planned it ahead of time, which clearly wasnt the case here.
