Yes, this is what i don´t like. No ceo needs 200m shares. In other companies ceos have 5-15m shares. I would cancel it.
He cannot sell them probably, but investors don´t like these things.
Yes sure there is upside potential. But would like to know the a/s.
I looked at colorado corporation and filings, but i cannot find the a/s.
