PLKI, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Will it make the estimates?

They already have a one time charge of $43 million dollars for paying off the founder for recipes.

PLKI also had a resignation of the company president-USA

I do though believe sales has been very strong, as the advertising has been very strong.
