Thanks Rick. I've been hanging on the sidelines for too long. I haven't been good at picking stocks since I've hit the open market in August. LOL Speaking of Cramer, my first buy was Dick's on his recommendation. That one hurt. Lost half of my $$$ on that one. I listened to Cramer's radio show for 3 years before I decided to get into the market. By the way, Love the Book!!!

I think the one thing I can't get the hang of is flipping. I have problems in knowing when to sell and how much to sell. Do I sell my whole position and buy back OR do I sell half or less and buy back.

Do you guys have tips or tricks on flipping for a newbie.
