just heard back about reg sho and they were not much help. They said they were bound by confidentiality agreement and gave me a lot of general info and advised I examine the short interest and sec fails etc... to try and piece together what exactly is going on. They would neither confirm nor deny any naked short selling or any legitimate error. They also noted that if I suspected "wrong doing" to report it 'cause they have the means to demand answers from mm's and they take this kind of thing very seriously.

It was worth a shot right. anyway, up 6+% @ lunchtime
