If it were easy every company would do it. The success rate is like 1 out of 800 or 0 out of 800 any given year so it will stick out in penny land when trading resumes. OF course it is flawed because most are just zombie companies with no active management. However US Fuels management is determined to bring this stock back and uplist on the OTCQB and will stop at nothing until they have done just that.
