The deal from my point of view is the plan. Dr. reddy develops cheeses in a very short period of time that taste like aged high quality cheese products. The niche here is having pizza that tastes amazing by using a high quality cheese that has been developed in a shorter amount of time. This equates to significantly lower costs of the cheese Unique will use. This alone gives UPZS an advantage over other pizza makers cost wise while providing a gourmet pizza experience.
This is at the core of how they will become a profitable company. Right now it just a business plan, but it is a good business plan. If they can execute this with their partners and distribute properly, they will make money.
