As a long time holder of DSCO, you can only look at today's announcement in the context of last year's manufacturing set back and conclude that, while the product may be fantastic, management seems to lack good Regulatory contact with the FDA.

My hope is that a partner now swoops in and takes them out, cleans up the mess and brings Surfaxin to market.
