YES! Update about lease

I talked to Jim today, he confirmed the port had approved the
lease at their meeting today and the port would make that public record later in the week. He also said he would be arriving in Louisiana Monday the 25th of August for business :)

Seems like everything is falling in place.
Great buying opportunity this week!!!
