This does seem to be a strange stock. In the past few weeks we've had more positive news than many companies have in a year, and yet the pps does not seem to move up significantly.

The only explanation I can come up with all the news speaks of potential revenues or future revenues based on performance. It could be the market is saying "Ok, your prospects look bright, but lets see some actually earnings before we'll reward you with a higher pps"
