I have been in communication with Rich.

He was out on vacation last week. He told me the written offer is still on the table.

Count yourself amongst the lucky few in regards to Rich getting back to you.

I placed 2 calls and several emails and got ....nothing, nada, zip, zilch in return from Rich. Not even a message stating he would be on vacation.

I firmly believe that a monetization deal is going to go down (and soon) but, in my opinion, Rich's not getting back to me (and possibly to others) because he was on vacation is both unprofessional and ridiculous.

Rich (and VPLM) should have had someone stand in for him or, at the least, put a message on voicemail that he was on vacation to let shareholders know when to expect a reply.

Service, service ,service....it's everything. The devil is in the details and I don't like it when companies fail to pay attention to the little details (that count).

And Rich told you that the written offer was still on the table? What does this mean? Indefinitely? For how much longer? Umm..why? What's holding up the acceptance? Were any of these questions asked or answered?
