And what are the chances when a penny company tries to take on significantly bigger fish ? Moreover, imo, any money gained will be gone in no time. Take a look at the cashburn rate, its humongous. Not to mention Dougs and Fortresses possible eagerness to make quick buck (read: take as much off the table as possible).
