Now that I have sometime I can discuss what was talked about with Kelly. First and foremost Kelly seems to have a great relationship with the management of OncoSec. In fact for Acorn to accept the responsibility of promoting the company OncoSec had to meet certain criteria that Acorn establishes before taking on a company. Management is key for Acorn they must be competent have experience and most of all have substantial value in the pipeline. Kelly seems to believe cause he mentioned it was that OncoSec has been speaking with all the major pharma's but what I found to be interesting is the only one he calls out was Merck. But we knew that already. Secondly he believes whomever we partner with will eventually lead to a buyout and get this he said in the range of 20-25 share. Holy sh*t! Acorn has cycles of 4 months which means they are engaged with OncoSec, financial advisers, and institutions. Then they dis-engage and have a evaluation period. Presenting to the company this is where we are and this is what you need to do on your end. According to Kelly OncoSec is redoing there website and hiring personnel to specifically do this very job. Acorn charges a fee of 10,000 a month and companies sign for a year, but mentioned there are 6 month clauses. OncoSec has signed on for a year but are currently not engaged with Acorn, however they will re-engage September 1 when he mentions things will begin to heat up. I found to be interesting is the 1st of September falls on a Monday. A lot of OncoSec's PR's have been on Mondays. Kelly mentioned that expect nothing but exceptional data and as for our R&D well hold on fellas cause it's about to get busy. Acorn establishes a solid investor base and by doing so it creates substantial shareholder value. They don't want traders they don't pitch to traders but only the best advisers and institutions.
Gentlemen I talk to these guys everyday and I admit I was pretty pissed that it took 4 days for a call back but he explained the reason and it seemed legitimate. But what I wanted to say is I got the feeling from Kelly that if OncoSec was a dud they would never tie there name to them. These guys are mostly bullsh*tters and majority of them I would love to punch in the face cause they talk about a lot of crap that has nothing to do with the company itself, but Kelly was right on point he knew about OncoSec and wasn't reading a scripted message. In fact he was with Punit and Dr. Avatar Dhillion at the Blossom Ball. He mentioned that before he knew Punit Dhillion he knew Dr. Avatar Dhillion from INO and he said Avatar attaches his name to only the best. My conclusion is we do have a bright future and I'm sure we are all running low on patience but this thing has no where to go but up.
