I'm long CLRO
...and have no doubt company is now well on its way back to "respectability", a nasdaq listing (returning) and a higher share value. So I'm excited about any advancement as far as products and what not concerns. Unfortunately this latest thing doesn't convince me and it seems the market quickly decided it was no big deal.
Part of the reason is here:

The products will be available at leading dealers in the US including Hello Direct, PC Mall, Mac Mall, GBH, PC Connection, and others. It will also be available at dealers in selected countries worldwide. .."
I have nothing against any of these venues but don't believe they would be enough...marketing, marketing, marketing...will decide the fate and the above won't cut it, as I see it. Still, company has many products, a great reputation for products and service, so we should continue to see higher value ahead.
