Can someone help me understand Bell Transportation's role in the Taxi Tops and why 2 of the largest taxi companies are going through them to be part of the advertising buzz instead of direct to P2P / Wham for negotiations on contracts?

Looks like Bell's fleet is mainly limo's and buses and according to LV statistics, they do not own 26% of the taxi market share (not in the top 10) unless they own Whittlesea Blue Cab...

"The delay on the supplier contract over the past few weeks has been owing to the fact that the two biggest taxi cab operators of North America have recently approached BELL Transport(www.bell-trans.com) with possible interest in joining this Digital Taxi Top Advertisement program. One of the companies have already executed an MOU, while the other is moving forward to establish terms with BELL."

Maybe I am way late to game here, but does Bell own a stake in P2P as well as WHAM? I called Bell and spoke to Brett? the general manager and he wasn't really sure on what I was talking about.

Who can fill in the blanks for me? I do own shares and am not bashing anything here.. just need to connect the dots.

Thanks in advance
