guys finally I got the answer from Baritz now
what he emailed me they are not scam (for me David was not scamming too as he diluted the company to pay his bills so what you call it )you can call with company number ,but the most suit thing is the all operation for the company will take 2-3 weeks to be functional so let wait 2-3 week and see if it is real or no (for me every one not scamming if they do it with the regulation ((but scamming in different way))...so the point her depend on Bartiz with successful business man as his background I hope he will do great based on the background not like David
