Approx 250,000 CAPC shares bought at ask of .0389 when 20,000 shares were shown available.
Now Ask drops to .0388.
They are doing what they can to push share price down while BUYS keep coming in.

Such Manipulation. Hope for the Big Short Burn on continuing volume Buys at the ASK.
Expecting a quick rise and return to prior share prices and new Highs when manipulation ends
