To all the people claiming fraud and calling FINRA, nothing has changed here. The company didn't release a PR stating that they have done something completely different than expected. They just have not officially announced the merger completion. Re-read the last PR from 08/07/14, tell me where it says (or even insinuates for that matter) that the company will release the PR within ONE business day of the signing? The PR clearly indicates that the signing is a go on 08/15/14 and company would keep shareholders up to date with developments, and that is it, no promise of an update immediately.

I understand that it seems professional to let the shareholders know officially ASAP but give the company a day or two to get everything in order before they start making any official announcements. When the company states shareholders will be kept informed on developments it does not mean that they are going to PR every step of the way through the completion of this. The signing is done and the board has been voted on if all went according to schedule but I am sure there are a few more minor things they had to complete/decide upon before it's 100% done.

Again, nothing has changed and they have not gone against anything they stated in their last PR that anyone can prove thus far so I myself am not worried and am holding strong. Call and report this all you want but you will feel silly when we get the PR and you sold for a penny and spent time pleading your case to FINRA because by then it will be irrelevant.
