The games in penny land are the same in real life. There's always someone behind the curtain pulling strings. The only reason I can think of to keep the mojo down here is for someone to cover on a short bet. Otherwise just hit the ask and let her rip? Of course we are told that shorting is way to expensive for penny stocks but I can't think of any reason other than that to keep this down. They even have one of those ridiculous 10K artificial blocks put up lets see whats the reason for that... anyone can do this but why? To instill a "why bother for 10K" thinking they will not want to step over to .0004? Probably, but pretty shallow! Or how about "there must be unlimited shares behind that 10K block" which I don't believe at all as the .0003's have been bought that were sold as .0002's down here. Greedy little bastardes!
