GCMN Help!! - My buddy just told me about this mining company that is merging with an oil company in Texas. I have never bought penny stocks before and this post seems informative. I researched the merging company and they seem legit an the oil fields (70k acres) in Texas (Permian basin) are definitely booming. They just released their 8K today announcing their intent. What else should I be looking for before I invest? Other companies that drill in the area have huge stocks and I was thinking about investing 10k. Thoughts?
