So SGLB's investor relations rep: Chris Witty got back to me. Here are the emails:

Me:

I'm a private investor in Sigma Labs, and was wondering if you can share the job titles of the full and part time positions currently employed with Sigma Labs. I'm particularly interested in the 3 new employee titles.

CW:

Are you looking for a job?

Me:

No, not looking for a job, but wanting to understand more about my investment in Sigma Labs. Are you able to share information on the type and number of employees at the company? I'm particularly interested in the three new hires, are they sales or technical employees. Thanks in advance.

CW:

They are technical jobs.

So I thought my questions were pretty straightforward, but for whatever reason didn't get much useful information in return.

If you go Sigma Lab's Linkedin page it shows the new Electrical Engineer, as well as a Business Operations Manager (I can't see the details on this since I don't have a premium account with Linkedin). Can someone with a premium account check it out and let us know.

Also don't know if it is worth pursuing this any further with Chris Witty. Would welcome comments from more experienced investors on this. What I would like to say to him (but won't) is you're super helpful, thanks for the detailed information.
