Imagine what would happen to the wisenstheimer's credibility
if if were to come to light that he overlooked some undocumented funding in his royalty analysis?

If the preceding question were true, I think the 'cheating
on the alimony calculation' analogy might have particular resonance with the jury, but this is only a fantasy...

I've come to appreciate the way he deflates whiney witnesses
without dragging them through the mud. He's a class act...
I get a sense of his personal integrity when he is speaking,
with only rare hints of artificiality. He's comfortable with himself when he makes a misteak. That is also very good.
