Active Health Foods, a maker of organic energy bars, is gearing up for national growth. The Riverside-based company signed a deal with the Sheetz convenience store chain based in Altoona, Pa.
Sheetz operates about 444 locations on the East Coast. Active Health Foods will provide the stores with two of its four flavors of Active X Energy Bars: Almond Chocolate Delight and Peanut Butter Chocolate Joy. The other two flavors are Cashew Berry Dream and Coconut Cocoa Passion.
