I thought they were going to buy-back shares over the course of the next two years? Am I wrong? If so, can you tell me when, or if, we can expect a PR, or form 4 regarding a buyback of shares?

Also, is a stock buy back in your opinion, the reason the pps hasn't moved?

Sorry for all of the questions, but I haven't had much time to read the board.
