Shearin is a deal maker...what ever happened with this deal...that does not appear to have made its way onto a contract?

Also, it appears that the MDB* patent is a real, granted patent...but, there is strong evidence that they have tried to circumvent the ERBB/Tomassi patents, and infringing upon them...which is probably why they have not sold, or placed any machines to date - knowing that the moment of truth could be close at hand...

One might want to ask..."how could they get a patent granted if there were some obvious red flags looking the same examiner in the face?"

Or, why was the Tomassi patents not included in the MDB* prior art searches?"...especially with the similarities that they share?
