VHC is focused more on damages than patent validity with VRNG. Some view Chen's dissent as a positive for VHC. I have a position in all 3 (a much larger position in MARA than VHC & VRNG).

I agree with you that MARA (and would throw in ACTG) should be the least likely to be down due to the VRNG news.They are both diversified, have a "safer" business model, and are bringing in significant revenue.
