Didn't EPGL enter the contract in Dec 2013? Per recent tweet Alcon and Google contacted EPGL only in the last couple of months.

So I am not getting a sense there was a bidding war back in Dec 2013 prior to entering the contract, but then again it very well could have been, we need both parties to confirm this....

Fast forward to Aug 29th....can't wait. Need to hear from the horses mouth!!!! Everything else is speculation at best
