Hey Sidedart, Ironridge puts out a PR in August for an order that came out on May 6th WITHOUT a hearing and ScripsAmerica appealed immediately. ScripsAmerica then sued for fraud and other items in late May. Check out the filings. IRONRIDGE IS SCUM. There is a reason the SEC subpoenaed multiple partners and why Kirkland and the other rats are jumping ship.
