I guess it is going to be very soon, didn't see this Press last month:
NAS has received the American Stock Exchange application and is currently working on its completion. Management believes that the move to a larger exchange will bring new investors, financing, acquisitions and other opportunities for growth that are not available on the current market.
Our primary goal, as we move forward, is to increase shareholder value through a series of strategic acquisitions as we move to a larger exchange. When we emerge, we expect to have the capability to trade more in line with our true value and fully realize our combined earnings and revenue. No assurances can be provided as to when or if we will be able to move to the American Stock Exchange, but that is our main focus right now.
