The shares as of Friday are the same as of Wednesday when i checked this week.
The current share count is 464,279,789 per the transfer agent.
They are clearing the debt with the recent company and director change and I feel we are at or close to the end of any more shares.
I will try to get more information on this but companies usually do not share that info.
I read all the last couple of 10q reports including the latest prepared by Steven Baritz.
There was some debt paid off to the previous crowd that has now resigned. I also read they have cleared most the debt with these shares and We have seen right at 300 million new shares.
After the extensive reading of the filings and the 13g, I have a researched opinion that the total capital raised now since June 18 on these shares is enough to have cleared the last issuance of shares.
As other have said here I did find two more small notes for less then 20k that can be issued in late November and at the first of the year.
By then Steven Baritz and Fred Eichhorns products will be up and selling and many more products as well.

This is a mid to long term invest quality company they are building here and the market is here to raise capital.

Steven Baritz has the connections now for future funding from 28 years of owning Island Mortgage company as well. They specialized in the Markets of NYC, Long Island and Fl.

I have a gut feeling he has all the right partners ahead for growing the full distribution network.
