Could this happen to RSHN ???

I noticed that another stock today rose 400% from .003 on volume of 240,000. Their total O/S is 2 billion.

(1) How is that possible? How can such little volume drive the price up that much?

(2) Others on here have said that RSHN has too many shares to climb so high so fast. Comments? But this other stock has a huge amount of O/S, and it's price soared.
