When companies enter into an agreement they usually tell us the terms. They may not be ready to release them yet, but if there is a real deal they will give us some info. If they don't then we know it's more fluff. They could have entered into an agreement that affects ERBB negatively or it may be perceived as negative, driving down the pps even more. Otc's do this all the time, and they back out of these agreements just as quick. Wait till some details come out and this could fly. MDBX has a conference call on Monday, if they announce that they have zero orders for machines it could really help ERBB.
